Order Collection

Please wait for the confirmation email informing you that your order is ready before going to the store. Once you have received this email, you can collect it directly from our Pincenardière store, during the following hours:

Monday to Friday
10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm

Collection Period

Your order will remain available in-store for 30 days. After this period, it can no longer be collected.

Documents to present

To collect your order, please bring the following items:

• A valid ID of the person who placed the order
• The corresponding order form or invoice

Without these documents, collection will not be possible.
